EQA trials
Ensuring quality data for AMR surveillance
If your laboratory is a National Reference Laboratory (NRL) or a Center of Excellence (CoE) located in South Asia or Southeast Asia, you are eligible to participate in our EQA trials, free of charge.
We conduct EQA trials twice a year, providing a user-friendly one-stop shop where you can choose components for testing based on our available panel list. Supporting a One Health approach, our trials include pathogens from both Animal Health and Human Health sectors, covering all WHO GLASS and FAO priority pathogens.
We also offer a Matrix EQA annually alongside an EQA trial. This involves selective isolation of ESBL-, AmpC-, and carbapenemase-producing E. coli, plus antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) of isolates mimicking meat content.
For a step-by-step guide on the procedure for an EQA trial, please see the infographic on the left or click here.
